Application / Enrollment Checklist (K-12)

All of the following must be completed and received before Application and Enrollment are considered complete:

Read/Review

  1. Parent/Student Policies and Expectations (prepared to discuss and sign at Principal Interview)

Complete/Provide

  1. Application Fee ($45 per student)
  2. Pastor’s Reference (from head, youth or associate pastor)
  3. Report Cards (current and one reflecting the last full school year)
  4. Standardized Test Results (any nationally normed test)
  5. Academic Evaluation (K-6th)
  6. Interview with the Middle/High or Elementary Principal

Upon Acceptance

  1. K-12 Enrollment and Additional Enrollment Documents
  2. Enrollment Fee ($200 per student/$100 applied to tuition)
