Thank you for your interest in the Early Childhood program at Blackhawk Christian School. We offer programs for children ages 2 ½ to 5 years old. Our preschool classes are half-day with the option of adding Extended Care to complete a full school day. We provide a high quality, Biblically based early childhood curriculum in a Christ-centered environment that sets a solid foundation for your child’s formal school experience. The curriculum is a balance of high academic standards and strong social development taught through a hands-on approach. Self control, inquiry, and a pursuit of personal best are promoted as we foster each child’s unique strengths.These early years are a cornerstone to a lifetime love of learning. It is our commitment to foster this love of education and the Lord by partnering with your family to love, encourage and nurture each little one entrusted to our care.
