New Health Portal

  • FAQs Q: HOW DO I LOG IN? A: You will receive an email with a welcome letter and temporary password. When you log in with the temporary password the first time, you will be immediately prompted to choose your own secure password. (Example on next page)

Q: WHAT DO I FILL OUT? A: Once logged in, you will go to “Health Conditions” in the bar on the left side. Then click the Green +NEW button to add health conditions and allergies, and upload supporting documentation. CLICK CONFIRM when finished. Contact nurses with questions.

Q: WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS NO HEALTH CONDITIONS OR ALLERGIES? A: Please click confirm, indicating your child has no health conditions or allergies (history of, or current). THIS STEP notifies us that you are finished.

Q: HOW DO I CHANGE BETWEEN MULTIPLE STUDENTS? A: You can toggle between students in the upper righthand corner, where you see a “person icon” and student name. Click the arrow next to the icon to see all of your students.
