Preschool Academy Admissions
2025-2026 School Year Application for Enrollment:
Current BCS families were given priority for preschool enrollment for next school year. Applications for current BCS families & students of staff members opened after Parent/Teacher conferences (February 7). Current families had approximately 3 weeks to complete their applications prior to enrollment opening to the public on March 1.
New family enrollment: Application for enrollment for new-to-BCS families is NOW OPEN! If you are interested in pursuing enrollment at BCS Preschool Academy, please start with the INQUIRY LINK HERE. Inquiries will be processed in the order they were received during normal school business hours.
Waiting Lists:
Because Preschool enrolls by days attending and time of day, classes will fill at different paces. We do have a couple class sections that have reached capacity, as well as a few that are approaching capacity. You can check HERE for a list of those classes. When classes fill, a waitlist for that class begins. Families will be contacted and alternate class options will be given, if available. When all classes are closed, we move to inquiry only and will stop collecting applications until an opening becomes available. At that time, inquiries will be contacted in the order they are received, based on age of open spot. We encourage you to get your application and supporting documents submitted quickly.
Application Process:
Your application process will include:
- Application (with included $100 application fee, one per student) - will be emailed to you after you submit the inquiry link above.
- Family testimony (one per family)
- Pastor’s Reference (one per family),
- Upload birth certificate
- Complete a family interview (one per family) - scheduled after all forms have been received. Interviews will not be scheduled without all completed forms.
