PRESCHOOL APPLICATION PROCESS for 2024-2025
Current BCS families were given two weeks to complete their forms before we opened enrollment to the public. These were processed in the order they were received.
New family enrollment:
Enrollment opened on February 29, 2024. For inquiries please fill out the inquiry form and watch email for more instructions and/or links if applicable. Please see below for current openings. Other required forms include a Pastor's Reference (found below) and a Birth Certificate, which will be uploaded in a link sent with the application link. Once all forms have been received, you will be contacted to schedule a new family interview and next steps.
*These applications will be dated complete when all forms have been received, including birth certificate and pastor's reference. Interviews will not be scheduled without all completed forms. Interviews will be scheduled based on date of completed forms.
Current Openings:
We had an unprecedented number of current family enrollments. At this time, we are only accepting applications for age 3 by August 1. Availability is limited so please indicate your first and second choice. All other classes have been filled. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please start with the inquiry and indicate which classes you'd like to be added to on the form.
Waiting Lists:
Because Preschool enrolls by days attending and time of day, classes will fill at different paces. When classes fill, a waitlist for that class begins. Families will be contacted and alternate class options will be given, if available. When all classes are closed, we move to inquiry only and will stop collecting applications until an opening becomes available. At that time, inquiries will be contacted in the order they are received, based on age of open spot.
