Serena Wagler
Hi everyone! I’m Serena Wagler. I was born in Southern Indiana, and I’ve been in Fort Wayne since 2018. My husband and I just celebrated 20 years of marriage with a trip to Maine.
We have been biological/foster/adoptive parents and have 4 children in our home to stay forever. I have homeschooled for 6 years. 3 of my kiddos will be attending BCS this year. The twins (5) will go to PreK, and my second daughter will be in 8th grade. My oldest daughter (sophomore) will continue homeschooling so she can spend as much time on her ballerina toes as possible.
My Associates degree is in Occupational Therapy. I practiced from 2008-2019 working with infants all the way up to nursing home residents. I was excited to talk with Rylee about how I can use my experience in OT to help support your PreK kids.
My family has a variety of interests, so we all get to experience more of what life has to offer because of each other! We have a dancer and a volleyball/softball player. We camp, hike, and ride bikes. The twins have dirtbikes. We love music (especially Broadway shows!) I grow vegetables and flowers (but mostly weeds) in a garden.
We are excited about this new adventure. I can’t wait to meet all of you. It’s going to be a great year!
