MEET MRS. BRADTMILLER
I am humbled and honored to teach another year of 2nd grade! This will be my 11th year teaching at Blackhawk Christian with nine years spent teaching in the Preschool, most recent as the Brain Gym Specialist, and two years teaching in the Intermediate school.
I am a Christ follower and have been walking with the Lord since February of 2005 after surviving what should have been a fatal car accident. My two young children and I walked away without a scratch and I knew, without a doubt, that God had a purpose for my life! Over the last 18 years, God has blessed my husband Scott and I with a blended family of five beautiful children that range in age from 14-23. We also have three dogs - Ruger, Benelli, and Tikka!
Blackhawk Christian School has felt like "home" since our second oldest son began attending the preschool in 2006. Four of our five children attended the preschool, two are currently still attending (8th & 11th), and two have graduated from BCS. Our family attends Blackhawk Ministries and is passionate about life change through Jesus Christ!
A few of my favorite things are... visiting the beach, spending time outdoors, reading, flowers, music, coffee/tea, and the color blue! The following is one of the verses God has richly used in my journey of pursuing Him... it is one of my favorites and one I strive to live out each day!
I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
