Amanda (Mandy) Cloud

Welcome to Blackhawk Christian School's Preschool Academy! I am so excited to partner with you!

My educational background includes a master's degree in elementary education (with a focus in early childhood) from Ball State, and a bachelor's and an associate's degree from Taylor University. I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles in the early childhood field over the past two decades, including the last nine years here at the BCS Preschool Academy.

We have an amazing staff team here at the Preschool! They love your kiddos, implement developmentally appropriate instruction, make learning fun and engaging, and most importantly love God and love teaching this next generation about who He is and the glorious things He has done! 

On a personal note, my husband Chris and I have been married for 22 years, and we have 2 children here at BCS (11th grade and 9th grade). Both started their BCS journey at the Preschool Academy, and my husband and I appreciate and highly value Blackhawk's commitment to academic excellence built upon a Biblical foundation in this Christ-centered community for our family.

In my spare time, you'll find me at BCS soccer games, gardening, playing with my dog, or riding rollercoasters!
