Intro

Hello I'm Jennifer Howey. I am from Los Angeles, CA. I moved to Fort Wayne 8 years ago with my husband Brandon. He works at BF Goodrich as a Reliability Engineer. We have a 4 year old daughter named Aria and a 1 year old daughter named Elena. I studied first at Azusa Pacific University in Pasadena,CA and earned a Bachelors in Business Marketing. I did not get into teaching until I traveled to Japan in 2011 to teach English for a private Japanese School. I then realized my passion for teaching and when I returned decided to pursue my teaching credentials. After moving to Fort Wayne, I attended IPFW for Secondary Spanish Education and later on PFW for a minor in Spanish. I am currently working on my Masters in Spanish Linguistics through the online program at New Mexico State University. This will be my third year at BCS, and sixth year of teaching.  A few things about me, I enjoy learning new things, my favorite sport is soccer, love to travel, love food, enjoy good music, art, arts and crafts, animals and of course spending time with my family.
